What are your payment methods?
We take credit with purchases of $10 and more, debit and cash.
Is there a charge for access to the animal park?
Yes, you also have access to the park and the educational room by purchasing your pass (visit the opening hours tab for rates).
Do I have to pay an admission fee to the farm to buy ice cream or other products from the kiosk?
There is no admission fee.
Where can I choose and cut my Christmas tree in Estrie?
Come choose and cut your own Christmas tree with your family at Plantations Stéphan Perreault. We have a wide variety of trees grown on-site.
What are your fir varieties?
Fraser, baumier, Koréen
What are the characteristics of the Fraser fir variety?
It has a bluish color, is internally resistant and has excellent needle retention.
What are the characteristics of the Baumier fir variety?
It can be stored outdoors for several months, and is renowned for its spicy fragrance and good needle retention.
What are the characteristics of the Koreen fir variety?
It has pretty green needles on top and is silver underneath, a lemon scent, a crooked head and excellent needle retention.
Do we need to bring tools to cut our Christmas tree?
No. Everything needed for cutting your Christmas tree is available on site.
Are pre-cut Christmas trees available?
Yes! We also offer cut Christmas trees ready to take home for families looking for a quicker visit.
Can someone help us secure the tree to our vehicle?
Yes! We offer tree wrapping services and can help prepare your tree for transport.
What fall activities can you do in Estrie with children?
At Plantations Stéphan Perreault, we offer a must-do fall activity: explore our corn maze, meet the farm animals, and choose from a wide selection of pumpkins. It’s a perfect family outing to enjoy fall in the Eastern Townships.
Is there an admission fee for the pumpkin fields?
Yes. Admission includes access to several family activities such as the maze, farm animals, and outdoor installations on site. Access to the farm stand remains free.
Do we need to make a reservation for fall activities?
No reservation is required for regular visits. However, school groups and larger groups should contact us in advance.
Are dogs allowed?
No, dogs are not allowed on site.Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
Can we bring our own containers?
To make your visit easier, we now provide containers on site according to the available picking formats.
Are pre-picked strawberries available?
Yes! We also offer freshly picked strawberries at the farm stand depending on the daily harvest.
When does strawberry picking start?
The strawberry picking season usually begins around mid-June, depending on the weather and spring temperatures. Conditions can change quickly throughout the season, so we always recommend checking our social media pages before visiting for the latest picking updates.
Can we visit only for the creamery or the farm stand?
Yes! Access to the farm stand and creamery is free at all times.
